Trainee Chartered Financial Planner

An opportunity has arisen in our Chartered Financial Planning practice based in Orpington, Kent for a bright, enthusiastic Trainee Chartered Financial Planner to work alongside our Financial Planners.

Training and Qualifications will be funded by the company and a full mentoring program will be implemented. 

The successful candidate will be required to complete the CII’s Level 4 qualification to achieve a Diploma in Financial Planning within an 18 months time frame. Once the successful candidate has achieved this, they will then be required to take the exams to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner.


The vacancy should appeal to School Leavers with good grades or to a University Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree, with the ideal candidate living within a 10 mile radius of our offices.
 
The successful candidate needs to show a desire to work in Financial Planning and be motivated to study for the above-mentioned qualifications.

Administrator/Paraplanner (Financial Services) – Part Time Considered

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Paraplanner to join a firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in Orpington, Kent.  Salary dependent on skills and experience.

Previous experience of providing administrative support to Financial Advisers is essential, and experience of Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office back office system would be considered highly desirable. The successful candidate will be dealing with all aspects of financial planning and will be client facing. 

The successful applicant must have a sound academic background and will live within a 10 mile radius of our offices.

Semi Senior / Senior Accountant (Part-Time)

Part-time person required by a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Orpington, Kent. Approx 20-30 hours per week (hours negotiable to fit around work/life balance; family commitments / school run, etc.). Salary dependent on skills and experience.

An opportunity has arisen for someone with previous experience within the Profession to join a well-established independent accountancy practice as a Semi Senior / Senior Accountant.  The successful candidate will perform a variety of practice accounting duties, will be friendly and approachable with a good telephone manner, and have a flexible approach to work load and the ability to prioritise.  Experience of accountancy software (Sage, IRIS, Xero, etc.) a requirement.

We would expect you to live within 10 miles radius of our office.

Trainee / Apprentice Accountant

Trainee / Apprentice Accountant required by a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Orpington, Kent. Salary will depend on existing skills and experience.

An opportunity has arisen in our Accountancy Practice for a bright and enthusiastic Trainee / Apprentice Accountant to join the team as a junior member.

 

Training and qualifications will be funded by the company and a full mentoring program implemented. 

The vacancy should appeal to School / College Leavers with good grades or to a University Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree.

We would expect you to live within 10 miles radius of our office.

The successful candidate will have:

•    Good overall standard of Education with good grades in English and Mathematics
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
•    Friendly and approachable with a good telephone manner
