overwhelming as it seems, and in the long run it will save you time and effort. If you’re not sure what you need to be doing, just pick up the phone and I’m always happy to chat through your options”.

“Watching Charlton play/lose!”
Three things you’d take to a desert island? “A telephone to call someone to pick me up! And a football and my laptop to entertain me whilst I’m waiting!”
